Coaching for women in academia

Meaningful work. Sustainable success.

Empowering women in academia to do meaningful work and build sustainable success — without burning out or selling out.

You don't have to do academia alone.

I coach women in academia who want to make an impact, write with joy, lead with integrity, and still have a life. Together we slow down the noise, listen to what really matters, and build careers that feel like you.

Associate Professor & Coach

Researching identity. Empowering academics.

My work brings together two worlds: research and coaching. As an Associate Professor at Lund University, I study how people develop, negotiate, and express their identities while pursuing meaningful work in organizational contexts. I'm fascinated by what happens when our values, ambitions, and sense of self collide with expectations, pressure, and the realities of working life.

As a coach, I help women in academia navigate those same questions in their own careers. Together, we move beyond self-doubt, perfectionism, and impossible expectations to reconnect with who they are, what matters most, and the kind of academic they want to become. My approach is reflective, narrative, and deeply human. Rather than offering quick fixes or productivity hacks, I create space for women to take back their power, reshape their academic identity, and build careers that feel meaningful, sustainable, and true to themselves.

Kind words

Wall of Love

I returned from an energizing week filled with joy and gratitude. Even after two weeks, I feel more confident in my skills and my research agenda than I ever did in my career.

Anna, Tenure Track Professor

This workshop was something I joined on a whim, but it ended up being one of the most important things I did. It is brain-altering, cathartic, and supportive.

Daniya, PhD Candidate

Sanne's approach is warm, open, compassionate, and creative. The balance between structured guidance and open exploration was perfect.

Mary, Senior Lecturer
